Kazam Smartphone Competes with Rivals with their Great After-sale Service

Kazam's lineups includes Trooper, Thunder, and Tornado smartphones and they are really priced competitively but the company believes that their real edge is delivering a personalized touch with its services that other big companies will not able to match.

Kazam's flagship smartphone Thunder2 has a 5.5-inch 1080p display and octa-core MediaTek MT6582 processor with a real metal trim in its edges. It also boast a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera.

The Trooper2 packed a 5-inch 720p display and quad-core processor, but has the same higher-end feel because of the metal trim and sturdy plastic casing.

James Atkins the chief marketing officer of Kazam said that Kazam's services set it apart from other company. They want to deliver a holistic package that caters to users' needs in a way that larger companies can't match due to their scale.

"We're in a golden moment for mobile. People are willing to be convinced," said Atkins.

The personalized service he's refering to is their broken screen replacement and Kazam Rescue. They are using these services to convince a wider audience for their products.

Kazam after-sales service "Kazam Rescue" enables the help agent a remote access to devices, to deliver detailed stats that includes battery temperature and remote recovery tools.
